Our 6-step approach to servicing our clients ensures everyone receives the same level of quality. Nobody falls through the cracks on the calendar. Nobody is forgotten. Each and every client is treated as an important, priority client. 

STEP 1

CONTACT

Complete an inquiry form and let us know the services you’re interested in. We will schedule a time for an in-person consultation to walk through your lawn.

STEP 2

CONSULTATION

We meet in person with you to walk your lawn, evaluate and review any issues together. We do not offer service without meeting the homeowners first. To complete the consultation, we discuss problems found and recommended solutions, options and pricing.

STEP 3

QUOTE

We attempt to provide quotes with a quick turn-around time, often same-day. Quotes are sent by email, and you simply need to approve it to move forward. Renovations and installs typically require a deposit to schedule work.

STEP 4

PRE-SERVICE NOTIFICATION

You will be notified by email about 24 hours in advance within a 30-minute arrival window. We will share what to expect during and after service and may ask that you remove toys or obstacles so work can be completed.

STEP 5

SERVICE PROVIDED

Service dates are scheduled based on the season and the best time to complete the work. Automated scheduling occurs in 45 day intervals for turf management services with a break in July/August. We coordinate with you by email for schedule adjustments and any immediate concerns or needs. We place pesticide warning signs in the lawn after pesticide applications.

STEP 6

INVOICING

Electronic invoicing occurs after each service visit. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
